We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Buenos Aires and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the business and financial district of Argentina. The location couldn't have been better, with attractions like Plaza de Mayo and the stunning Cathedral just a short walk away.

Süper location, excellent helpful staff, spacious rooms.

The hotel and the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, only one notices and sees that the hotel is a bit outdated. Checking out later is advantageous.

The installation of the toilet and the washstand is not completely thought through.

The hotel's location was convenient and well connected to main tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful during the holiday season. We enjoyed the festive holiday decorations in the lobby and the free hot cocoa and cookies provided in the afternoon.

The hotel's amenities were outdated and in need of renovation. Our room had a musty smell and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Air conditioning set too high, 17°-18° with a strong air supply, and not adjustable from the room.

Subway and some sights directly in front of the door, restaurants and shops as well, helpful staff, in every shift also English speaking

Spent New Year's at this hotel and had a great time. the breakfast was really good with plenty of selection, and the staff were super friendly and always helpful. the hotel was located in a great spot for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to tourist attractions. Another great advantage was the free Wi-Fi access which was really reliable.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit too cold and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, but the staff were happy to help us out. we got some clothes laundered but the prices were quite high so it's better to check the prices beforehand.

Rooms clean and pleasantly bright. All the staff was friendly and any concerns were taken care of immediately. Rich and also by European standards good breakfast.

the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and many popular sights such as San Telmo and Puerto Madero. the room was cozy and well-maintained while the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very satisfying, with many delicious options available.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and could have been better.

A lot of noice from air condition in the hall it was lot of vibrations 24/7 in front of my room 108. Bad breakfast. Only scamble eggs. Cheese and ham to eat with bread.
